Pastor Milner was born and raised in Alabama.Holding a B.S. degree from Auburn

University in Alabama and a Master of Divinity

degree from Anderson School of Theology in

Anderson, Indiana. He was called to become

pastor at Roanoke First Church of God in

December 1986 and his first Sunday with us

was December 21. His Installation Service as

Pastor was held February 1, 1987. He received

a Doctor of Ministry degree from Anderson

School of Theology in May 1997.
